Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for enrolling in our course(s). We want to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and enroll for our course(s). When you enroll for any course(s) at IIDL.IN website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy.

We accept refund requests for approved reasons if the request for a refund is made before the start of the training or 48 hours after the start of the training. No refund request will be entertained after this period.

If the refund request is made before the start of the training class then 90% of the fee will be refunded to the original payment method. If the request is made within 48 hours of the start of the batch then a 70 % fee will be refunded.

IIDL Cancellation

IIDL reserves the right to postpone/cancel any training event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc). If IIDL cancels any training event then a full refund will be issued.

• IIDL follows a strict non-refundable policy.
• The registration fee (INR 2000) is not refundable and non-transferable.
• Registration/Admission/Tuition fees for courses once paid are conditionally refundable up to 07
  days and certain amounts.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, the institute reserves the right to reschedule/postpone any batch. Any registration fee will not be refunded under these circumstances.
• IIDL can cancel the admission of a candidate if the due installment is not cleared after 15 days of the deadline.

• If IIDL is unable to offer you a place on a course, we will refund your full amount.

• Late fee payment will attract a penalty of 5% per week on the installment amount after the due date.
